Unfortunately, they do not provide cookware, dishes, glassware, or flatware. That was disappointing since we planned on cooking breakfast there. We ended up with microwaved breakfast biscuits.”

“I booked online at , what I believed was the website. After a couple days I had still not received any confirmation so was growing concerned. When I called the only number available I reached headquarters, not a local number for the local facility. I explained the situation and my concerns. Reluctantly, he confirmed I had a reservation but could not give any additional information because, he said, I had booked through a third party. I had gone through their web page.
