X-mas Gathering
The Lodge, a few miles north of Lake Kampeska, met our large group needs perfectly. The Lodge is part of a century farm site so there is a lot of family history within the house. This made it one of the most personal VRBOs we have ever rented. The place was fully stocked, had all the needs for our 9 mth old granddaughter, the X-mas decorations were great, and Larry was right on top with communications. We will definetely stay here again.

Wonderful Rental
First of all we give 5 stars to Larry for being such a wonderful host and so accomodating. The rental was perfect for 6 adults and 7 kids under the age of 11. We rented it as we had a family reunion at Lake Kampeska so our only regret was not being able to enjoy it as much as we wanted to. The yard is beautiful for playing games, beautiful front deck for sitting for coffee and cocktails. The kitchen and house is fully equipped with whatever you need. Great firepit area although we didn't have time for a fire. We would definitely rent this again! Definitely a 5 star property!

Our 2nd stay here for a big family gathering, including a bunch of small kids. Great lodge with lots of room and plenty of sleeping space. Nice outdoor patio, grill and fire-it that we spent a ton of time enjoying throughout our stay. Larry (our host) is great - flexible and good communications. Nice spot to view the local wildlife.

Great Family Reunion Home
My extended family got together for a small reunion at the property and had a wonderful time! We thoroughly enjoyed the home with its beautiful front porch for morning coffee, the huge yard for games and the fire pit for evening fun! The house had everything we could possibly need and Larry was an awesome host! Watertown itself has a fun little zoo, a beautiful lake for swimming and water sports, go karts, putt putt, and an aquatic center to keep the kids busy! Some of the family enjoyed golfing at the nearby course and touring the Redlin Art Center. Overall a great place to visit!
