“nice place. Cherry creek is about 20 minutes distance from Denver Downtown. Departure is the hotel's restaurant. I tried few times and it is so good. ”

“I stayed at the Jacquard Hotel from 4/24/2024-04/27/2024. I came to Denver to attend my friend wedding. This hotel is very nice. The staff was very friendly and amazing. Actually, the few days I was booked here the hotel was complete sold out. The valet service was great but $65.00 to valet park with in and out privileges was expensive but was worth it for convivence. I hope the valet workers are getting paid very well for this price per car but if they are not, they deserve a raise. Overall……

“WiFi connection is a disaster. Get disconnected all the time and you’ll have to manually reconnect it all night long. and the worse part is it won’t get reconnected successfully everytime you try to. Very annoying.”

“Great 4 night stay for a dance competition. Very convenient location. Close to convention center, restaurants, shopping, nightlife. The housekeeping and room service and front desk and valet we are very friendly and super efficient and took care of requests right away! ”

“Overall a new facility, very spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The problem is the wall is not soundproof, I can hear young people talking loudly in the room next door. I can even hear the vibration of the mobile phone... ”

“It's a simple and clean hotel in cheery creek, but it provides all the basic needs. Wifi reception is acceptable. Denver is navigated mainly by Uber for tourist. So it's not a problem as long as the place is not too far from the place you went. There is a few good restaurant nearby. No worry about food unless too late”

“No desk attendant on arrival. Sat outside the hotel with the phone waiting to be let in calling the front desk till another guest finally let me in waited another 5-10 minutes until an employee showed up”

“1. nearly closed to where I want to go during my visit. 2. Local transportation is quite convenient around the hotel 3. Didn’t have room cleaning everyday even I did the requested 4. Need to improve the variety of breakfast . 5 need to ask for towel changing and tooth brush and tooth paste every time. 6. No free bottle of water. ”
