“This was an excellent option along our Upstate New York portion of the family road trip. Our family of five enjoyed having their own space with four bed rooms, two bathrooms, and a fun game room! The beds were very comfortable, the linens were comfortable, and there were plenty of towels.Important to us was a functional laundry room...the washer and dryer were effective through many loads. “If you like hot showers, I don't recommend this place. At first the place seemed nice. The shower was cold and when I contacted the host it took almost 2 hrs for them to get back to me. They said they fixed it, but it was still cold the next morning and I contacted them again. This time it took over 5 hrs for a reply. They fixed it, but it it only got a little warmer……

“Was worried about noise from the road , turned out fine. Parking easy. Kitchenette handy for quick meals. Room felt fresh and not cramped. Bathroom had essentials ready which saved packing time. Quiet nights helped us rest well before flights.”

“Clean, Great staff,”

“Everything that was needed was provided, and many thoughtful extras. Very highly recommended!”

“We stayed at the cottage while we moved my son in to his dorm at University of Rochester. The cottage was spacious and charming. The host included thoughtful touches like some tea and sugar in the kitchen and hand lotion in the bathrooms. We had coffee on the back porch in the morning and watched bunnies eat the clover. The location is perfect. Close to the campus and food option. We will definitely be back!”
