We were greeted by James at the front desk, who was beyond pleasant! Thank you, James! The room was clean, but in need of repairs. The HVAC unit was making noises all night which make it hard to sleep. All in all, we had a good stay.

Hostess was wonderful to work with. House was just as advertised . Great location for visiting our RIT student. Added bonus was the year round hot tub access which we enjoyed relaxing in during our stay! We will definitely stay again when visiting our Tiger!
