Western Region

Overall, a lovely stay with a few minor areas for improvement We had some initial difficulty finding the hotel, but the staff was very helpful and assisted us upon arrival. We booked the Deluxe Penthouse, and overall, the space was very nice. It featured a great view, a wonderful hot tub, reliable air conditioning, and a good TV. However, the internet connection was not working very well on our final day. There are two main downsides worth noting for future guests: * Amenities clarification: We checked with Expedia beforehand and were told the unit had a washer and dryer, but we later learned from the owner that it does not. The listing on the Expedia app should be updated to make this clearer. * Bathroom layout: The glass shower enclosure does not have a door, which causes water to spill out onto the bathroom floor during showers. Despite these minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the helpful staff and great views.

Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with my stay. The staff and room were excellent, and the surrounding area is very quiet. I had a wonderful experience!

We are very pleased to have an early check-in after a long flight, so we can freshen up before going out to explore the city. The staff does a really good job. The hotel's location is also very good in all directions. The room with a balcony is quite interesting. We recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Malta.
