“Great place in great neighborhood. ”

“Loved this VRBO! We stayed here over Halloween weekend and had the best time! Very clean, everything looks how the pictures look! Only downside I can genuinely say is the room closest to the street side can get a little noisy with the morning traffic but you are obviously in Chicago so that’s granted. And it only got noisy on that Monday and not the actual weekend. And the only other thing was on the email with all the instructions and check in and check out time, it gave me the wrong check out……

“The home was beautiful and clean. The communal space is smaller so this is PERFECT if you don’t plan to stay in much because there are lots of places to sleep! ”

“The place was exactly as advertised and the owner was incredibly responsive. We had a slight issue with the heating unit and he responded within the hour to address the issue. ”

“Had a great stay here. Neighborhood was quiet and had a great bakery just around the corner. Uber/Lyfts ranged between 13 - 17 to downtown which was great. House was clean and met our needs for a group of 7. Would definitely recommend!Only complaints were beds not super comfortable, no spatulas and the upstairs neighbors were loud until 2am on two of the nights.”

“The apartment is beautiful, well-decorated, and in a great location. Communication with the host was prompt and helpful. During the stay there were a couple maintenance issues, including a roof leak and the backyard/parking gate needing to be dug out before it was usable, which required some extra effort and cost on our end. Once everything was addressed, the rest of our stay was comfortable, and would consider staying here again.”
