市民歌剧院

When I check in, the staff don't have smile, the whole procedure was in a serious face。Wifi setting was difficult, TV remote control also not user friendly。 Breakfast was terrific。 Good location easy to walk to river side。

Everything was spotlessly clean, and the hotel is well located in a safe, clean neighbourhood. The amenities and fitness facilities are excellent. Dealing with reception could be unnecessarily complicated at times. In my experience, Erik seemed completely unsuited to a guest-facing role. He also complained about his colleagues in front of guests, which I found highly unprofessional. Daniel, however, made a real effort to help, which I appreciated.
