The hotel has great air conditioning! I was there during a heat wave & the room temperature could be adjusted unlike some other nearby hotels. The staff was polite and helpful. The tram is right outside the front door and only 3 stops to the train station. My only suggestion is to have a mini fridge. It would have been helpful for cold drinks and snacks during the heat wave.

One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at, the attention to detail on the rooms is insane. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Just has a weak AC but I’ll blame that on the Europe heatwave

The hotel was fine in general, but we got a room without mini bar fridge and no slippers in the room, which was a bit odd for the 4star hotel. Also my initial message with special requirements about birthday arrangements were completely ignored, quite disappointing. In general though, room was good and area around is quite vibrant, convenient location. But the stay was a bit disappointing due to above.
