“Please listen closely!! If you pass this place up, I truly feel sorry for you. I am on a first time adventure to Maine from Indiana and this is my FAVORITE place stay of ALL TIME. I wish I had done my homework and planned more time at Desert of Maine. Our cabin was cozy after a nice evening by the fire. Loved the shower!! “Wow what a beautiful location. We were there right at the peak of fall leaf colors. Would have loved to take a kayak out with my fish rods but the water was cold and we had some rough waters that week.
