“This house was just as described and was awesome for a winter weekend with three families with small kids. The kitchen had everything we needed, there were more than enough bathrooms and play spaces, and it was easy to walk to the beach even in the snow. “Jason was very responsive to all my questions. While the house is an older building everything was working well and we had a great time. The only problem was the first night one of the bedrooms was cold. As we found out the next morning, one of the windows was slightly open. Once it was closed it warmed up quickly.”

“Jason was very welcoming, communication was great! Cute beach cottage with spacious bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen. The fenced-in yard is large and was convenient for our pup. We enjoyed our walk to the snow covered beach and a visit to Beach Bagels. We did hear a train pass in the morning and evening, but we were up early to start the day and up late playing games, so the train whistle was not a problem. Would definitely stay again. ”

Each room was very nicely decorated comfy very spacious ,felt like I was home. Parking was very accommodating , the scenery on top deck was amazing .
