It was NOT new renovated (like the other place). Beat up, needed clean up, they were chasing raccoons at 10:30 at night (not helping my 85 yr old mom). We didn’t spend a lot of time in the room. “First of all, the location was great. It was walking distance to the beach and the grassy area in the back was great for walking dogs. We do appreciate that pets were allowed. The property needed a lot of TLC. The screen door was broken, the interior doors didn't latch properly so you can actually get locked out of the bedroom and bathroom. “Not what we were expecting. One room was listed as having two twin beds, but it was the smallest bedroom and one of the beds was a fold down cot. Both beds were touching one another when they were down and there was no room to walk to the bathroom. The main bedroom at the top of the stairs only had one working outlet. “The cabin was spotless and had the seaside cottage vibe I was looking for.I liked the fact that I had the choice between a bed or a futon. I choose the futon and slept like a baby. I loved that I could hear the ocean and it was such a short walk to the beach. Post Jason was wonderful to work with and very attentive to any emails or correspondents that I sent to him. Will certainly consider renting one of these spots again from Jason. All in all it was a great experience.”
