从酒店经理到服务人员都很热情，热心帮忙，有事求助一定会尽力帮你解决，这点非常重要。另外，酒店位于海岛东北沿海，距离母嫩巴近，但是确实如一些朋友所说，母嫩巴区域的珊瑚少之又少了，那么好的一处浮潜圣地，却因为珊瑚的减少而大为失色，建议网友尝试东南沿海的贾母巴尼和paje区域试一下。总之，这家酒店是非常不错的，堪称性价比之王。

Had a lovely stay, the staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Nice hotel in a very quiet and pleasant place by the beachfront.

The staff were so wonderful and welcoming, everyone greets us by saying “Jambo”. They even taught me a little Swahili. The food was amazing and tasty. My family and I also loved all the activities and events they held daily. Best resort I’ve stayed at so far!!!!

1） 安排酒店的接机，被“乌龙”在机场，不得不自己打车去酒店 2） 绝对不是别墅，连联体别墅也谈不上，货不对板 3） 豪华海景房变成一线海景房，还是远距离遥望 4） 第三天，房间漏水，不得不搬出房间 5） 第四天晚上11点还没有热水，因为供水设备坏了 6） 特别预定的4张床的房间，变成一个大床，两个小床 这是我们遇到的最让人失望的酒店， 我们四个都是经常出国的人，知道异国他乡不能太高期望，但是，这个酒店的宣传和实质完全不吻合， 大家千万小心预定

Overall this is an okay place to escape for a short period of time. The staff are nice and helpful, however: - if you do “all inclusive” expect more things to be excluded than included. They are not very generous with this. - very strict hotel policies that impact guest experience. For example we asked for a late checkout and inquired if there was any guest arriving to use the same room that day. The staff said no one was coming to use the room, but if we wanted a late check out it would be charged $50 (USD) to use the room for two more hours. This is just poor hospitality and guest experience management. As soon as check out time came we were charged even for a bottle of water. - amenities: the property itself is great but small things like the gym are in very poor condition. Additionally bar hours are limited and they call close by 11pm. - staff: this is definitely where they do well with very nice staff, but again expect them to follow strict policies with no exception or flexibility.

Everything was perfect... Manager Maria and other staff were very helpful and kind, they helped us arrange every transportation we need and the tour to Prison Island & Stone Town. Beautiful beautiful bungalow and well-maintained. Awesome experience that you won't regret staying in, very reasonable price and I will definitely come back to this resort if I visit Zanzibar again...
