A real jewel! We were excited about the service, the cleanliness of the rooms and property but especially about the professionalism and friendliness/warmness of the staff and the exceptional food: wow about the food! Loved it and congrats to the owners and team for creating such a special place!

Unfortunately, our stay at the Radisson Grenada was disappointing. Before staying there, several people had negative reactions when they heard we were at the Radisson, saying things like, “Oh yeah, that’s not a nice hotel.” I didn’t want to judge it based on other people’s opinions, so I wanted to experience it for myself. Unfortunately, after staying there, I could understand some of those comments. Breakfast had almost the exact same options every day, with mainly the type of fish changing. More variety would have been appreciated. Restaurant service was also inconsistent. There were times I was sitting with my toddler and no one would come by to ask if we wanted tea or needed anything. I often had to find someone myself just to get utensils or a cup. There was also no microwave available for guests. Since this is not an all-inclusive hotel, we had to purchase our food, and without a way to warm leftovers, some food had to be thrown away. This felt very wasteful. Our balcony door constantly stuck, making it difficult to get in and out. There also wasn’t much entertainment or many activities for children. The staff were generally not very friendly, although a few were pleasant. Our housekeeping experience was particularly disappointing, as the housekeeper often appeared unhappy and seemed reluctant whenever we asked for something. Overall, the hotel did not feel very well maintained. The property has potential, but the service, maintenance, food variety and lack of fami

The staff at front desks were amazing, the room services extraordinary, my only complain was the one that did the breakfast and lunch, the services was up to 3pm we arrive at 2:24pm and basically she refused to served us saying that the restaurant was closed, next day we arrived at 11:30pm, she never come to our table until 11:55pm and she said lunch will be served at 12pm, we ask for coffee and she said coffee is on breakfast 😀, so the manager help us and we got coffee. And then she did not come fast to bring the receipt so we wait like 35 minutes while she use her phone. But the Hotel overall amazing the view was great, food was great!, just the servant was no good!
