Liechtenstein Kid friendly Vacations

Hygiene standards unacceptable: Huge spots on carpets inside room and corridor (pets?) Fresh towels had clumps of hair from previous use Rooms not cleaned despite telling cleaning lady in corridor that it was available for her clean up. Sent complaints with detailed report and photos and for a total room rate of $591 for 2 rooms was offered CSF 40. Is this the value for basic hygiene at b smart?

Six Stars If They Offered Them! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Parkhotel Sonnenhof was an unforgettable experience. The setting high on the hill is absolutely stunning, with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. The restaurant was amazing, and every meal felt special. The staff were genuinely kind, warm, and welcoming throughout our stay. This is a true gem in Liechtenstein, and we would return in a heartbeat! 🏔️❤️

Great staff - reception staff very helpful with guidance as to getting around Liechtenstein but also our waitress at the affiliated restaurant for dinner was a great help with our small group (and had a good sense of humour!). Downside: no elevator in the legacy part of the hotel to reach the 2nd and 3rd floors. Makes luggage an issue and not helpful for those with mobility issues. One needs to reserve the newer section of the hotel if this is an issue. Great, comfortable bed - best night's sleep of the last two weeks on the road.

The property was well located in the center of town and next to many places to walk to for museums, transportation and local activities. Very nice breakfast as well. I think they received some negative comments in the past about the room quality but we found that they have seemed to upgraded everything. Two issues to note. Ask if they are doing repairs on the hotel (we had construction on the rooms next too us that started early in the morning. The workers were quiet but we had them right outside the window on scaffold doing external work, which meant no privacy. Next time we will ask this to make sure to avoid this. Also, the room was quite hot at the end of summer. The hotel advertised air conditioning, but read the small print, it is only in the suites. So make sure your fan is functioning in the room if you get a standard quality room (which is also quite nice). We did enjoy our stay.
