科罗拉多适合儿童的假期

Saw a bug on the bed had trouble sleeping the whole night.

Not good, for jet lag customwer, front give me the room 308, when I was so tired to sleep, I can hear all the noice surrounding by the pool. Make a phone call to clerk in front, but I was too tired to change the room, just show my good willingness remind them my situation, pay attention when customer looks really tired, arrange the room reall quite and stay away from those noisy facility. But the lady just insisted they did not make any fault, if I feel noisy, I should told them bala bala.... I am too tired, just like them to improve their service level to avoid customers like me already to tired to pick up everything and change the room, but the lady just insisted they do not make any mistakes. They don't have sympathy or any understanding on what I was expressing, that made me feel more angry, feel very disappointeed why the service level so low and no understanding to their repeated client? If I can choose, will never use this hotel again.

Overall, the hotel's environment and facilities and staff are good, but two things make me uneasy. Firstly, the bed is wrinkled, which gives the impression that someone has slept on it before, although the quilt looks new. Secondly, the bottom of the swimming pool appears dirty, making it impossible to determine whether the water is clean or dirty.

Good location, had to request room service after almost being missed for the second day in a row; which is less than ideal as that is one of the reasons for picking the hotel. Parking is limited and my mother needed ADA accessibility, she ended up having to park across the way at a shopping area and cross a busy roadway to get to the hotel due to the attached convention center and parking that we paid for being taken by attendees at that event. One staff member was told about this and seemed to have no concern and offered no solution. A separate gentleman not working at the front desk but at the doors, did offer to pick her up and take her; which was nice and accommodating to her accessibility needs. Hotel was clean overall, they had a dance event going on two of the days we stayed. Horrible behavior was allowed by the hotel; as kids were running, doing flips, etc, throughout the hotel lobby, being incredibly loud in the halls all hours of the nights. This should not have been allowed especially because this hotel advertises itself as a calm stay.
