Close to Dubai Mall, good location

We had a really nice stay at Rotana Fujairah. Everything was comfortable, relaxing, and well taken care of, and the staff were very welcoming throughout our stay. A special thank you to Xiebel from Mozaique Restaurant for being so kind, attentive, and helpful. Xiebel really made our dining experience extra special and was always so friendly. Warmest thank you to Sara, Rohit at the reception! Excellent room experience ❤️And bell desk Sumon and Rizwan! Overall, we had a lovely time and really enjoyed our stay. Thank you to the whole team for making it such a special experience. We’ll definitely be happy to come back!

The hotel location is great with the beach nearby and many options of restaurants around. Staff are friendly and helpful with good services. The only thing that happened, is the hotel didn't mention there would be noise from the construction works during the stay period. The noise start at 11:00 in the morning, just woke me up of a sudden and i think is just above my room. At last, the front office managed to give us a new room which will be far away from the noise.. But still, it surprises me regarding the noise management of the hotel guest expectation. It can be better arrange prior to our check in.

The environment is very nice and the services were great. Everyone we meet is very friendly. We tried the beach house, breakfast and also the in room dining, food is excellent. The hotel also offers shuttle bus to the mall, very convenience.
