“A good hotel with a nice view of Meditterean Sea in the room, a clean beach and six swimming pools. Recommended to those who like swimming. The gym has many equipment, which is one of the best I have been to. The restaurants are surprisingly not expensive. We stay there for most of our meals. The check in and check out is smooth and the staff is helpful. Other staff from the restaurants may be slow sometimes, and they mix up one of our payment, but still acceptable in general. “I liked the service provided by the staff at the bar and at the buffet, but I didn’t like the service provided by the reception and the guest relations guest assistance band. There was no chance we could book à la carte restaurants when we got to the resort and no one seems to care to help. I didn’t feel they went beyond their basic service to assist and make the stay enjoyable for the client. I didn’t feel cared for or given attention as a first time client. There was no orientation walk thru……
