We were assigned a handicap room 211. We are not disabled. We asked to change room they said they were full. Next we discovered the TV was not working. They came and fixed it. After 10 pm my husband decided to take a shower the handheld shower head fell off. He attached it back and tried again the shower head was not working. We called down again to see if they can move us to a functioning room. They insisted all 150 room was occupied. My husband asked them to come up and acknowledge the problem because we are leaving and will NOT pay for the room. The front desk staff said he was the only staff working so he can't come up. When we were leaving the hotel we found him and two other staff at the front desk. What a liar. I gave him our room keys and asked for a print out of our stay. Every hotel gives you a print out of your receipt when you check out. It was 11:56 pm and he insisted that he cannot print out a receipt proving we were checked out. So we left the hotel without a receipt. We are expecting a full refund for this disastrous experience and we are hoping EXPEDIA will help us get a full refund. My husband is a IHG member and contacted them directly to report our experience. We had to take a cab after midnight to another hotel. It was another IHG hotel, but thankfully a very professional one. I definitely DO NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Its our worst experience at a Holiday Inn ever
