The hotel is outdated, There was no kettle and complimentary water, terrible towels. About food - breakfast was good but the dinner awful, drinks owerpriced. But the location is nice and the garden beautiful

The location was perfect! The accommodations were very nice; it was perfect for four adults. The communication was consistent and clear on how to check in / check out. It included a full mini kitchen so you have the luxury of bringing in your own snacks, but if you don´t, they have snacks and a refrigerated minibar available. Breakfast was included and delivered at a time

Overall place was very nice beautiful views . Parking lot was very dirty garbage all over the place .

The property felt exclusive and “high-end”. Breakfast was delicious. Hosts were very courteous and helpful. Great views of ocean and sunset. Great location and loved the local restaurants.

We loved out time here. White is a very special hotel, it is small and the staff was attentive. They gave us a phone to communicate with them whatever we needed during the day. They provided detailed site seeing information and restaurant information and they would coordinate anything you needed. The hotel itself was beautiful. It does not look like much from the street, but once you walk through the doors it is all ocean views. We enjoyed time spent at the infinity pool overlooking the water. Delicious breakfast was served outside so you could maximize time spent with that view. Dinner was also delicious with freshly caught fish and vegetables from their own garden. We loved our time in the Azores and big reason was this because of this hotel. We are already planning our return.

Beautiful experience, felt like a spa from the moment we arrived. Relaxed atmosphere surrounded by nature. Staff were super friendly and attentive. Thermal pool amenities are perfect to relax after a day’s activities. Restaurant feels like you’re in a garden, and lots of healthy options. Comfortable rooms and quiet at night. Definitely worth exploring this part of the island. Really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back one day!
