"This place was gorgeous. The food and drinks were great, lots of options. The restaurants were top notch and I really loved the "tasting menu" style they served. It felt really elevated and as a lover of food, I appreciated it very much. Its about a 30 minute walk to the city centre with lots of great shops and restaurants on the way. It was an older crowd of what seemed to be retired British people so it was a very chill , quiet and relaxed vibe."

"This hotel was amazing! The location was great, staff was friendly, the breakfast buffet was really enjoyable, and overall a great hotel. The room I stayed in had an amazing corner view with views toward Funchal, the mountains, and the ocean. The room was very large and comfortable. Even though I did not get to enjoy it, there was also live music in the hotel’s bar area and two pools which looked very lovely. I would definitely consider staying here again the next time I am in Madeira!"
