We had the best time! Tracess and all the staff were wonderful. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, we can't fault them. The food was excellent, the room was perfect. The ideal place for a relaxing, chilled vacation.

The meals were excellent. Very clean resort and spa. Staff were friendly, responsive and super helpful organizing things. We had a room with king size and sofa beds overlooking the pool which were a good size. 2 pools with the larger pool reserved for adults only. Great place for couples and families with slightly older children.

The staff were all incredibly friendly and accommodating during our stay. Our room was cleaned each day, with a nightly turndown service, which was a nice touch. We loved that it is a small property - ran into many of the same couples during our stay, but also felt like we had privacy and down time. Would go back and highly recommend it for other looking for a quiet get away.

When we checked in, we asked if we could get 2 additional towels but the front desk was adamant they didn’t have any so I guest they only own 1 had towel, 1 rag and bath towel per person. I’ve never had a hotel decline the request for an additional towel. Room service was inconsistent. One day they opened the door at 9:00am in the morning because we didn’t answer and then when we put the service needed sign on the door another day, we got no service.

We had a wonderful stay. The food was average and certain things like the calamari and the fried banana chips were awful. Our room was excellent, clean and roomie. The transportation was spot on! The beach location is gorgeous, and the overall hotel is in an excellent and convenient area.
