The hotel is pretty good except reception staff. Of course it's a 5 star but some points I'd like to share with everyone. 1.Actually there is no Netflix as they write and reception staff doesn't know what is Netflix. 2. If you dress more formal,reception staff will welcome you more, otherwise they go through SOP and treat you coldly.

"Mørke værelser (1. Sal). Bruserniche præget af skimmelsvamp, som man tilsyneladende har forsøgt at fjerne uden held. Uddriver hotellets restaurant med begrænsede udvalg, er der ingen spisemuligheder i umiddelbart nærhed. Men meget god service og meget hjælpsomme og venlige personaler."

"Ah, Pont-Audemer… son charme, ses canaux, et cet hôtel resté coincé dans une faille temporelle quelque part entre 1987 et la série “Dynastie”. On sent que la rénovation a coûté cher à l’époque — probablement en pots de peinture “rose bonbon sucé” et “saumon indigeste n°42”. Depuis, rien n’a bougé, ..."
