Not a good experience the place is amazing but the staff was terrible. From the moment we got there everything was problematic. We requested information about massage service the reception guy forgot about it, we asked if we could leave our vehicle at the property as we where doing a boat tour are we’re told no even if it was only a couple of hrs after the checkout. The staff was in general not helpful instead of giving us solutions they would give us problems. Wouldn’t recommend it bcos of this.
