At first for what I paid versus what i expected didnt align. I selected mountain view and in no way did i receive that. Also first night i attempted to utilise the blinds in which they fell from the roof. The first request was that a staff mber will unscrew it until the nexy day for it to be fixed. I requested an uograde which was granted however on a lower floor. In this unit it looks just over the spa and windows arent tinted whivh eliminates alot of privacy. My concerns would be A) Safety is not considered highly in staffs mind as it was a very tough conversation to be moved rooms. B) Privacy may not be thought of when it comes to rooms looking over the spa/pool area. C) for price paid no house keeping offered and expected to keep place as tidy as I found it to when i left. D) Also once room change was sorted there was no follow up in how i was finding the stay. It was a great stay how ever a few of these things shoukd be considered for the wellbeing and safety of customers booking at synergy. Appologies for photo attached with captions. Complex has two pools and a sauna. Room was great with a modern bathroom. Was able to check in early when I arrived.

Pleasant stay but very noisy due to construction work in the immediate area. Everything else ok as advertised.

Great place to stay on the Gold coast. Check in was poor having to queue to access the single small lift up to reception, but this will resolve oncce building works have finished

Our room overlook the beach and the rooftop view was fantastic ! I will definitely come back to stay in this place.

Some room furniture was aged. The place is very nice overall. It is a bit upscale attitude for my taste. Water should be provided not charged.

Bar staff were amazing . Best bloody Mary's of all time .. coffee amazing .

Lovely welcoming attentive staff, great breakfast and spacious room. Nice pool too. I gave four stars instead of five because our room had aircon issues so we were cold the whole time. The tech came but it was a bit of a ‘wait and see’ situation and by the time we got in after our night out, we were too tired to request changing rooms.
