I chose this facility, since I wanted quality. I stayed for 2 nights room 327.
room was not vacuumed between 1st and 2nd night. Some surfaces in the bathroom just dirty.
I asked to make a sofa. they agreed, but never did it.
One of the phone charges did not work.
Toilet door was hard to close.
Breakfast- 10 am was no more croissants, cupcakes or bagels. We expected hash browns- was not available at all. Potatoes inedible.
Nice selection of dairy free and gluten free, but meat for breakfast – all pork.
No parking. I was confused and looking for parking. Finally, I did find a parking close by and hotel gave me discount- so I paid 9 pound per night for my car.
Overall, not very happy
I stayed in this hotel in another country and it was amazing.

Perfectly decent. Very good location about 10mins from the station. Clean. Bed was comfortable but I don’t think it was standard double, it felt quite small - ok as it was just me. Aircon was a bit annoying, randomly shutting down in the middle of the night both nights. Decent black out curtains but the aircon control is right by the bed and very bright. Staff were fine. Premium room had biscuits and an iron

The room needed a real good clean there was multiple hairs in the bathroom both on the floor and in the bath. The ceiling in the bedroom had cobwebs. Have stayed at the hotel before and never had any issue but this time I feel the room I got hadn’t met the same standards as previous stays
