“Honestly, it was not great. The young lady at the front was as helpful as she could be. However, there was no tv, ice machine was out, half the lights didn’t work in the room, there also was no iron or iron board in the hotel. I was there because my Uncles funeral was the next day, so that made it tough. Nothing was offered to me and that was more disappointing than anything. Not that I needed something and customer service is first and foremost doing something for your customers, when amenities……

“This place was super cute and you can tell it was recently updated. The room itself is super clean, stocked with all the goods you would find in a larger hotel and check-in/out is quick & easy. It doesn’t seem like it, but this place is walkable to the downtown Aitkin stretch (roughly 30 minute walk). we were able to check out some cute shops and grab a bite from a cute local spot. ”
