It is an older hotel and could use some updating. The room was clean, however the laundry room and front desk area was extremely cluttered/messy.
The hotel was good for what we needed, a place to sleep and shower.
The room was clean and quiet beds very comfortable. On the down side there was no staff to check you in or out, you had to call a number posted on the Wall and then wait for 20 minutes for someone to show up. Also no breakfast at all not even coffee
When I show up, they always take care of me. Great staff

It’s an older hotel, but it was clean. Looks like newer carpet in the room we rented and double beds were fairly comfortable. Supposedly there was to be breakfast but there was only dry cereal, no bowls or milk in the fridge.

Friendly staff , clean. The door closing mechanism was broken so the room door would not stay shut without locking it. The hairdryer was broken.
Rooms old and poorly cleaned. Old and worn linens. Free breakfast almost non- existent. However, the staff was helpful and polite. (Obviously working with limited resources).
Our keys did not open outside doors. People were propping them open with doormats and rocks. Stale/ musty odor to room somewhat improved with some lysol spray we bought. Coffee was always empty, breakfast was cold cereal and repacked poptarts. It was located very nicely to shopping and food options.
They overbooked and I didn’t have a room when I checked in 8:00 at night. I wasn’t the only one who didn’t have a room either. The front desk person was very rude about it.

It’s a basic and decent place to stay for a night or 2. Nothing fancy, but adequate.
They over booked and I ended up staying somewhere else. Kind of happy it was over booked after seeing the placevand talking to the new management pathetic to say the least
Didn’t stay the second night. Didn’t feel safe. False advertising! The photos are altered on their website. Nothing is as it appears in the pics. It appears that there are people living here full time for housing. Strange things happening here.
The room had a really bad odor. The lock on my door was not working and there were random people wondering around. I walked into my room and walked right back out. This place did not feel safe at all.
The front desk guy was not nice at all. He was simply downright rude. He should not be in a position to work with people at all. When we mentioned the smell, he started huffing and looked angry about it.
Thankfully we were able to get a room at the country in and sweets on the other side of the freeway. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
I can’t really say too much because they sold our room. We made a reservation for a room a month prior to going. We made a three hour trip and got there around 11:30 (only way that worked for the schedule). When we got there, no one was at the front desk and when they came they sold our room. Absolutely terrible.
The hall smelled like cat pee. Pets were allowed so every morning there was a dog barking outside. A/C could not keep up, but staff did find us a fan. Not enough outlets in the room. Q- Tips and Kleenex behind the furniture.
We booked a room with 2 queen beds but got a room with 2 beds much smaller than queens. Check in went ok, they don’t have any amenities on site. The hotel is very outdated, no housekeeping done are whole stay. Our key card didn’t work. Hotel room smelled weird and different every time we left or came back. AC filter light turned on and wasn’t changed, causing a lack of airflow. Shower did not drain which was gross. Noted that there wasn’t really anyone at the front desk throughout our stay. The hallway had a weird smell, we heard a cat throughout our stay in one of the rooms. This will not be a location we would stay at again, as it was definitely misleading pictures and description of location.
THEY SAID BREAKFAST WOULD BE INCLUDED, BUT THAT DID NOT HAPPEN AS PROMISED.
NO ONE WAS AROUND FOR MOST OF THE TIME THERE.
CHECK-IN WAS SUSPECT AT BEST.
WE ARE NOT HAPPY ABOUT LIES, AND WE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

The lobby, check in area was dark and no one was at the desk.
We paid for a deluxe room with 1 queen bed when I booked our stay, got a room with 2 small beds. The room was updated and clean but not what I paid for.
I would appreciate a credit of $13.98. Which is the difference in the two totals.

Hotel was okay, area was a little sketch. Beds were tiny! Was asked if we wanted one bed or two, stated one, got put in a 2 bed that had the smallest beds! Fridge had a dent in it from a fist, so that was nice lol. Front desk clerk was super nice and helpful!
