“I got 2 separate reservations here. The first room I got was was good. It was clean, check in was easy. Had no problems. The second room i got was discusting, it smelled like cat pee as if there were 20 cats locked in there for a month, and someone let them out right before they have me the key. As soon as the door opened I felt like I was punched in the face with the smell of cat piss... You could see the stains on the carpet, I was scared to put any of my belongings down. I'm not sure why……

“Because I went to bed late and had to take a 9 o'clock bus to the airport at 3 o'clock in the morning. The service staff called me twice but I was still very sleepy. However, they waited for me patiently. I think they are very responsible!”
