“Cleanliness and quality of linens. Amount of linens. Furniture was old. Overall needs upgrading. ”

“Cleanliness and safety are issues: stained linens and housewares and a front door that "doesn't lock" so one had to use the screen door as front door. The shower drains slow and the garbage disposal doesn't work. Notified the owners/manager but they were totally non responsive, literally you will get emojis and nonsense but absolutely no respect.”
