“Very comfortable hotel and ideal for touring UNH. Hopefully sofa bed mattresses will be replaced soon as my son found the springs uncomfortable, but the staff was very accommodating in trying to make it better. Nice property, friendly staff. ”

“The outside of the building is dated, as to be expected. The rooms were modern, extremely clean and the bed was super comfortable. All of the staff were extremely warm, yet professional. I would stay here again.”

“We had a wonderful time at the Breakers hotel. The room was super clean and convenient to the beach. Everyone at the front desk was super helpful and gave us some great advice on what to eat locally. The air conditioner worked wonderfully. I’m very happy that they have a refrigerator there and a microwave oven. I think this is the cleanest hotel. I’ve stayed at when I’ve been to the Hampton Beach.”
