“Way overpriced. I paid in advance and was charged the full amount at arrival again which is rediculous. The place has severe water damage and the floor is spongy and the ceilings are heavily stained. No breakfast. Hot tub is gross and in disrepair. Pool was okay. Definitely a business on its way out. Bed is probably ten years old and they just throw a mattress topper on it. Room smelled musty and air conditioner was sub par. Parking sucks. Walls are paper thin. Pictures online are either very……

“The staff was very friendly and super helpful, came with two young kids and mentioned we booked the hotel because it had a pool for them. The staff member found a room directly across from the pool and made my stay much easier.”

“A very sweet old inn. The magnolia room was very clean, tastefully decorated, and spacious. I enjoyed the coffee station right outside the door and the bottled water in the min-fridge was a nice bonus. The shared bathroom was newly updated and very clean. The front porch rockers were lovely to sit and read. There is currently no food on site so bring your own or dine out- the owners provide a good book of suggestions. It’s an easy .6 mile walk to beautiful North Beach which is much less crowded……
