“The environment was fine, although it was quite far from Animal Kingdom, but the hotel service was poor. We checked in on Friday night and thought it was okay, so we planned to stay for another night. I tried to book an additional night through Expedia, thinking I was reserving for Saturday check-in and Sunday check-out. However, due to my mistake, I ended up booking Sunday check-in and Monday check-out. Our return flight was already scheduled for Sunday, so I immediately spoke with the manager……

“The hotel is clean and tidy, making it suitable for families with children. But an additional parking fee of $20 per day is required.”

“Fast check-in/out with efficient front desk. Not a high-end hotel, not in the best condition, but clean enough with working AC and hot water. Perfect location, 20 min away from the parks and with a few restaurants at walking distance. Can't ask for more for the price I paid with breakfast included! .”
