“Staff was friendly and helpful! Our room was clean and included a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. We had a balcony with an extra locking mechanism for safety and we could see the pool from our room. Even though we did not use the pool during our stay, it looked clean and inviting. “I booked this for me and my teenage son for a weekend sports tournament. Is this the newest, shiniest, swankiest, and most-updated hotel in the city? HOLY LORD, NO!!! Actually, it is antiquated and looks like it has been around since the mid-90s without renovation. HOWEVER…the hotel is exceptionally clean, the staff is gloriously helpful/friendly, and the accommodations are just as good as any high-priced four-star hotel.
