“Really wish the beds were more comfortable, They are very very firm. Would be nice if they offered a king bed as well instead of just the queen bed. Breakfast was ok, could be better. Need to offer bacon more then they do, stayed for 2 nights and had sausage both mornings. Hotel is convenient to all attractions.”

“This resort is so beautiful! We were there for 2 nights for Dollywood (Sunday and Monday night). It is a great, quiet location super close to the park. We drove but I think I saw the trolley come up to the property so I bet that would be a great way to get around the Sevierville area. It was too cold to enjoy the little lazy river or pool but they were gorgeous! The camp/RV area looked gorgeous!! All of the staff were very nice. We only ate at the restaurant once and it was good. There were 2……

“The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.”

“Beautiful property! The room was modern and very clean. The view of the mountains was spectacular and the overall location was great. You’re 5 minutes from The Island, and only 20 minutes from the Strip in Gatlinburg. Highly recommend.”

“This was my favorite hotel of the whole trip. Plenty of room, everything was clean and well maintained. The only disappointment was the view from our room. We had the one in the corner of the hotel where you were facing the wall of the rest of the hotel. Overall we had the best experience here.”
