“No es un cinco estrellas real. Tuve problemas con la cerradura, la puerta no cerraba. Me pasó el primer día de los 5 que iba a estar. No consiguieron arreglarlo, todos los días volvía a no cerrar y tenía que volver a pedir que lo arreglaran. Sonaba un zumbido de algún motor en la habitación. “As soon as we arrived at the hotel we were made to feel very welcome. I had informed the hotel that we were there to celebrate my husbands birthday, and when we got to our room they had dressed t especially for us, which was beautiful. Service, and food was amazing, and will definitely be returning. Thankyou to all the staff. ”

“We loved our stay - property was clean and in good condition, and walkable to everything we wanted to do. Would stay here again. Pro tip - there’s a coffee shop run out of a church about a block away. Hours are atypical, but great coffee and the nicest people on planet earth!!!”

“The room was fantastic but the check in experience was very poor. We had a printout from an email which said to use the Gileston Manor Courtyard with cream gates as the entrance, upon arrival at 7:30PM (more than 3 hours before check in ended) the gates were locked and the number provided was going straight to voicemail. Texts and voicemail was left with no response. After waiting for 20 minutes with the car hazards on, on a main road, we decided to look around and parked in the Manor Estate...

“This is a special place, beautiful grounds, where you can walk freely walk. Our daughter had the opportunity to feed the Alpacas and sheep, which was very special. The accommodation is fantastic, we stayed in the Stables, which has a conservatory, it mkes all the difference to open these doors to the garden at the back. All in all, a very special place we can't wait to visit again! Lovely staff, very helpful and friendly.”

“One of the showers was a little too hot for some of our tastes. The double bed was very hard and difficult to sleep, but it was also very warm whilst we were there. The owners were really communicative before our stay and when we got there. They left us some bread, milk and essentials which was really appreciated.
