“A nice big room with ample parking. In a quiet location just outside the town. No staff on site but a key lock to each room. Spoke to staff on the phone who were very helpful to check everything was ok. ”

“Me, my partner and our two dogs stayed at rabbit hill hut for a week this July and honestly couldn't fault it. It had everything you could need. The Shepard's hut was perfect for the 4 of us to sleep, get washed and prepare light meals. The enclosed garden was fantastic for our lurcher and springer spaniel, they loved interacting with the horses and sheep in the next field, and we loved the extra seating area. Only met the host once in passing, he was really lovely to talk to about the area and……

“A lovely hotel with beautiful views. Very nice restaurant with very good breakfast & dinner. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very disappointed to find the pool out of order after our long drive, guess we should have rang ahead. Bedroom ok, bed & bedding good. There was an air on unit set up and plugged in but it was dead, there was a fan that was incredibly loud at night. Also most of the light fixtures didn’t seem to work. Shower was ok. A nice short stay but questionable if it was……

“The rooms including the en suite facilities are finished to a high standard. Breakfasts were excellent with a wide choice of items available. The dinner menu also offered a good and varied choice of quality food. Staff were very pleasant and always happy to help. My second stay and I will have no hesitation of staying again”
