“All the breakfast items was cold the room was clean but small and dated bed was solid as a rock think the 3pm check in is abit late surely they can get room done by 1pm definitely wont rush to say there again most probably use premier inn instead ”

“During our family trip, we stayed at Premier Inns in Edinburgh, Birmingham, and Cardiff, and the one on Queen Street in Cardiff was by far the best! The room was spacious, the breakfast was prepared with great care, and the location was excellent. The only downside was that the partnered parking lot was a bit hard to find and not very close. Still, my kids and I liked this one the most!”

“Beautifully refurbished room, clean and incredibly comfortable with great amenities and wonderful staff. Slight criticism is the impossibly small sized size of the sink in the bathroom, that small infact, when trying to wash my face I may or may not have bumped my head off the tap (insert laughs here). Electrical sockets would have also been ideal to both sides of the bed. Didn't have breakfast but did pop in for a evening beverage and the pub was stunning. Bit on the pricey side but again……

“This was the very best hotel and staff. The room was lovely. Staff were friendly, and they couldn't do enough for you. They would do anything in their power to make your stay a pleasurable experience. I would strongly recommend the stay, with the Marina literally two minutes away, and the town center a 10 minute walk away. My only problem was the food. It's not the best, and don't have the breakfast you'll be wasting your money, it has very poor quality ingredients. You'd be better off eating……

“Firstly fantastic staff. Nothing too much trouble. Lovely well stocked bar area. Fabulous breakfast. Very clean. Free parking to the rear of the property. Central location. We stayed as we were attending a wedding so didn’t really explore much but what we saw was very nice. Bedrooms were basic but this was obviously reflected in the price. Teas and coffee were well stocked in the room and had a good variety. Larger towels would have been appreciated. On the whole fantastic stay and for……
