“酒店硬件设施非常棒 环境也很好 但是酒店的服务人员态度不好 没有笑脸 回复也不及时；第一天下午让他们送牙刷 答应说会送到我们房间 但当我们晚上10点多回到房间 却没有送到 ；第二天上午又去要了一次 结果还是没有送；直到第三次要求才送过来”

“Room was clean and bathroom was a good size with a great shower, surprised not to have USB ports or any shower caps / cotton pads etc, that said the toiletries were lovely and there were plenty of towels. Bar and food were great although quiet in the evening and closing up by 9pm. Spa was closed but presumably if you wanted a treatment they would have been able to sort something? ”

“Please read before booking this property! First of all this is run by a management company so if you have any issues and need answers right away they will not help you. They will answer your phone call and let you know they will get back to you with in 24 hours but they never did. We had a question about pool/spa, called, they said they would get back to us but never did. Issues with this house: 1) It was HOT in the house and we were not allowed to adjust the AC. every time we turned it……
