Doors to room slam hard and loud. Other people staying at the hotel didn’t care to gently shut their doors, so doors slammed in the middle of the night. Rooms were fairly clean, but both rooms we had the bathroom walls had something on them. No hot tub and pool was really cold. Otherwise was a decent stay for the price.

Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Housekeeping staff friendly. My plane was late and by the time I claimed bag it was 1 am and they sent shuttle to pick me up. I slept very well on a comfortable bed. Very pleasant stay here.

Late evening check in after a long drive, this hotel was like heaven. Seriously, the hotel is newer, clean with great amenities and the staff is terrific! I definitely will earmark this location for a planned stop on my treks down to the southern states!

The hotel was very clean and quiet. The breakfast was good but the staff was what made our stay the best. The front desk lady was super helpful. The laundry facilities were huge benefit for us too. Great hotel, really clean too.

I have had great experiences at other Best Westerns. I arrived and was pleasantly greeted, checked in and told where to find my room. The room stank so bad of cigarette smoke. I tried air fresheners and all— I woke up with a headache from the smell. I did let front desk know and got a sorry it is supposed to be a smoke free hotel. Big black ants were in the room crawling especially the bath area. Breakfast on Saturday was mediocre at best— no pancakes, food was like warm and milk was in open containers. Definitely overpriced for the experience I had.

It was so close to the airport which was important. It was very quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Accomendations were outstanding.

The people that were staying were very loud on the first floor the two nights we stayed and nobody did anything about it. I think they were there for an extended period of time. They played their music loud and were drinking out in the parking lot the night before and the next morning, they just left the pile of cans in the landscaping in the back. The breakfast was not good. The hot water was not hot, the coffee container was empty, the hot breakfast was empty, and the pancake maker wasn't working. Our room had a distinct smell that never went away.

Friendly staff, they had a hot breakfast which was decent. We didnt use the pool, looked small but clean. The hotel itself was clean, my room on the other hand was not. Looked like pop was splattered on the wall, dead bugs in the windowsill, hair on my bed, hair on the extra bedding for the pull out, large stain on the comforter and no TV remote. With there being 2 other hotels in the same parking lot, not sure I would choose here again.

Great stay.
Arrived a couple hours early and was given my room immediately. The woman working the counter was extremely helpful and pleasant. The next morning, when she was still there, her demeanor hadn't changed. My room was clean and comfortable. I was in need of a few essentials and the front desk was right on top of getting some to me. If I'm ever in town again, and need a place to stay, I know where I will be.

From the moment I booked the staff was great. To the shuttle driver that was driving in the most miserable weather here in Knoxville, and Alicia, who is behind the counter was awesome. Anytime I had a question. Alicia was right there. Answering my question. The best western should be so grateful to have employees like her.

I liked the convenience of the location. The parking was ok and well lit. However, There were a couple cars full of people there every night for 4 nights that were just hanging out in the back parking lot that made me very uncomfortable. When you purchase a room that sleeps 6 people, there should be a bigger coffee pot in the room to accommodate 6 people not that little one serving thing that was in there! What needs allot of improvement is the ventilation in the bathroom in 207 where we stayed. There was black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom because there was no working exhaust fan to get rid of excess moisture. Also, there were about 10 lady bugs in the room.

Staff was nice, however the elevator needed to be mopped, the area where the ice machine was gross, my feet were literally sticking on the floor. Was not the cleanest hotel I've stayed at. Room was okay but I could see spots on the chair that could have easily been cleaned up. Beds were comfy and ac and heat worked great.

The hotel looks like a half way thru renovation. The bathroom door is dropped and need to give it a hard push to close. The light also make loud noise. The WiFi does not work. The pool is closed. TV is in low definition that doesn’t bother me as much. Yet for paying more than $200/ night, I expect a better quality. The location is great as it is minutes to TYS. The receptionist greet us promptly.
