Estancia maravillosa
El apartamento Deluxe muy limpio, todo nuevo, precioso. La zona de piscina fenomenal con unas vistas impresionantes, el comedor para el desayuno bonito y con unas vistas maravillosas, mucha limpieza y amabilidad. Playa muy buena con acceso directo desde el hotel. Un acierto .

Precioso entorno en una incómoda estancia
El entorno, la cercanía a la playa y las vistas inmejorables. El personal serio y no muy agradable. Y la limpieza y mobiliario de las habitaciones deja mucho que desear. La comida del buffet en desayuno muy bien y en la cena poco variada.

Superbe hotel avec vue magnifique. Le Personnel est très agréable. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Il y a beaucoup de diversité dans les choix. Petit bémol, sur le diner ou 30 euros (hors boisson) est très cher au vu du repas ou du buffet proposé (peu de choix, pizzas vraiment light etc) Cela contraste énormément avec le petit déjeuner

Das Hotel hat eine malerische Lage direkt an der Küste. Der Blick vom Restaurant, Pool und Bar beeindruckt jeden Tag aufs Neue. Das Personal ist stets sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Buffett zum Frühstück und Abendessen wechselt täglich und ist super. Es stehen in der Anlage kostenlos Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Am Abend wird in der Bar von wechselnden Künstlern Live-Musik angeboten. Die Zimmer sind geräumig.

There are already plenty of reviews that describe rooms, surroundings and friendliness of staff, so I will not elaborate more in this regard. However, as we traveled with a child suffering from celiac disease (and we were very concerned before our stay), I want to describe our experiences with gluten free diet, and hopefully remove similar concerns for others: all food on the buffet was very well labeled with all allergens; in addition, the staff was very supportive and went above and beyond to help my daughter to find something to eat (if there wasn't anything to her liking, they made gluten free pasta for her, or on advance order also gluten free pizza). For breakfast, they offered her gluten free toast, cornflakes, cake, muffins and pancakes (among all the other things). As she had only been diagnosed recently, and is still struggling with not being able to eat what she fancies, this meant so much to her! If one of the staff was unsure about something, there was always someone on the team they could consult. A special mention is also that we were made breakfast boxes as we had an early flight, and again, catering for her special needs! I think it is needless to say, that communication is nevertheless very important. I do recommend to mention food intolerances at the time of booking and every time you encounter new staff at restaurant or pool bar. All in all, we highly recommend this hotel, and we hope that we can return one day. A big thank you to all restaurant staff!

Your reservation was done for a Standard apartment. As it was possible to verify during the test carried out at our reception directly on Expedia website, during the booking process the photos of the corresponding apartment are always showed - in this case the photos of the Standard apartment. Thus, although the main gallery shows the photos of both room types, when choosing the apartment to book are always shown the photos of the corresponding apartment.Unfortunately, during your stay our Deluxe apartments were fully booked, so it was not possible to do an upgrade. Les appartements sont supers. Grande TV dans le salon appréciée. Si vous avez le choix, demandez de ne PAS séjourner dans le Bloc 14 au bout de la rue car il y a souvent des ''partys'' dans la rue derrière et les voisins ont des chiens qui jappent sans arrêt. Toutefois, ca ne nous a pas empeché de dormir la nuit... Restaurant superbe avec excellent choix de buffet si vous prenez l'option Demi-pension (déjeuner et souper). Stationnement facile sur la rue devant votre édifice.

Zunächst das Gute: Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und der Ausblick auf die Küste war auch hervorragend. Schlecht war allerdings das Apartment, das eher an die 80er Jahre erinnert. Das Bad war sehr unschön, weshalb wir uns dort nicht wohl gefühlt haben. Für knapp 2.000 € hätten wir hier etwas anderes erwartet.

Long weekend in Olhos de Agua
Really enjoyed staying here and I would recommend it for the location, the amazing views, the food, the rooms are lovely and spacious, clean and modern. The whole place has a very relaxed and easy going vibe. Literally my only criticism is that the bed wasn't that comfy, mattress was too soft. Also, we went as a couple and it's more of a resort for families with young children. As we went end of season it was quiet so was fine.

Hôtel pour les familles avec jeunes enfants. Il y a des cris tout le temps, pendant les repas, pendant le nuit. La piscine est prise d’assaut des 9h du matin et laisse peu de place. Tous les bâtiments ne sont pas encore ouverts car en travaux, ça risque de devenir très compliqué…

Amazing resort for kids. Beautiful pool and beach just a short walk down from the property. Rooms were clean and spacious and true to the pictures online! Highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay! It was excellent for kids. The room was very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed all the food and amenities the hotel had to offer. The live singer each night at Falesia bar was very entertaining. We would definitely stay again.

The staff was extremly pleasant and professional, the views from the restaurant are amazing and the beach is less than 5 min walk. There is not much to do within walking distance, but it will be a good home base if you have a car, as you will be about an hour to 30 mins from all the towns and attractions. The beds were my biggest issue, I was supposed to have a kind bed but it was two full beds next to each other and they were not all that comfortable. I must say the rooms were very clean. Overall a good experience and I am glad I chose this place but if I return I would stay elsewhere.

Fantastic for young families
Fantastic location for our first family holiday the play park and children’s swimming pool meant our son was entertained during our time at the resort. I would highly recommend to other families with a young family.

The resort property is lovely. In our room, there was no coffee maker, iron or ironing board, minimal amenities in the kitchen, and the mattress in the bedroom was rock hard. We ended up sleeping in the living room. It was furnished like a dorm, not a resort. The weather was warm enough to swim but the pool was too cold and should have been heated.
