No me convenció del todo.
Escogí una habitación estándar, con vistas a la calle. La iluminación es un poco tenue, y me he despertado 3 o 4 veces porque las cortinas opacas dejaban pequeños huecos de luz en los lados, ya que eran más pequeñas que la superficie a cubrir en las ventanas. El gel de la ducha está anclado a la pared y es casi imposible utilizarlo. Me resultó súper incómodo. Es un tamaño que no encaja en el soporte y no permite apretar el “pump”. No l desayuno esta muy bien, ofrece unas vistas maravillosas y está amenizado por un pianista en vivo que le da un toque distinto a la mañana.

Estancia decepcionante
Demasiado caro por lo que ofrece el hotel: - Habitación: una broma por el precio pagado. La primera habitación aprestaba el cigarrillo. Tuvieron que dejar las ventanas abiertas porque el olor era muy fuerte. Luego me enseñaron otra habitación justo frente a una farola, lo cual, fastidia la noche porque hay demasiado luz. Al final el staff fue comprensivo y nos cambiaron en una habitación con balcón frente a la carretera principal. Era pequeño y ruidoso para 2 personas pero regular en comparación a lo otro. - Limpieza: ok - Servicio: atención al cliente muy buena - Ubicación: muy buena en la Marina - Desayuno: regular excepto el café y los croissants. - Room service: mal. A las 10h00 está cerrado mientras que dicen hasta las 10h30. El menú en la habitación ni siquiera está válido. Han cambiado la carta y los precios pero no han actualizado la información en las habitaciones. En general, estoy muy decepcionada. No es la primera vez que me quedo en éste hotel. Entre 2020 y ahora la qualidad ha bajado pero el precio ha subido. Por el precio pagado no vale la pena. Por lo que ofrece el hotel, mejor ahorar su dinero y alojarse en un hotel con menos estrellas.

The area around the hotel is fantastic and it is very conveniently placed for the airport. My only reservation is the cleanliness of the room (Marina Suite). There was quite a lot of dust present.

The staff very helpful, rooftop pool is the right spot to chill in daytime. Since it is seperate business, the downside of that, the pool wasn't clean. And special kudos for hotel to make a nice surprise with wine and cake in olur room for my wife's birthday. Thanks guys!

Location was excellent for visiting Old Town Faro. Staff offered a friendly greeting and work hard at getting us in early Breakfast was outstanding with beautiful soft live piano music. Would recommend for your stay in Faro.

Staff were super helpful with providing services we needed to get around Faro. Rectifying any problems we might encounter. The restaurant was really good. However, the wing we were staying in (RM 429) was freezing cold. Heating wasn’t functional.

The hotel is conveniently located with a great view of the harbour and historic center. The staff is very friendly & welcoming. The rooms are rather small but well equipped. Excellent buffet breakfast is included.

The perfect hotel for a stay in Faro, the Marine View suite was spotless and a wonderful size. The hotel’s breakfast was one of the highlights of our whole trip - the selection and freshness was 5 star! Highly recommend.

I liked everything about the property, comfortable bed, quiet, great breakfast. The only problem was the room temperature, too warm. Not able to reduce the temperature. The stay would be 10/10 if room was not so warm.

Great location across from the marina, a few minutes from the sea, close to shops and eateries, short and easy walk from station and bus interchange. I stayed for one night in a pleasant first floor room with a balcony from where there was a great view of the marina, walled Old Town and some sea. Higher floor would have even better view. A few minor issues like shower leaking onto bathroom floor, no power sockets near desk, and stool used for desk had to be pushed in all the time after getting up as otherwise it blocked the space around the bed. Good comms from staff beforehand. Comfortable stay.

Hotel très bien situé avec possibilités de parking. Lors de notre arrivée vers 15:30, la chambre n'était pas prête et il a fallu attendre jusqu'à 17:00 alors que les entrées peuvent se faire à partir de 14:00.
