Hotel un poco lejano de puntos atractivos en la ciudad de Amman, pero en general está bien acondicionado y con buenos servicios.

HOTEL CÉNTRICO CON BUEN DESAYUNO
Hotel céntrico con buen acceso para llegar con tu propio coche. Personal amable. Agradecimos especialmente el limón recién exprimido con menta en el buffet del desayuno. No lo encontramos en ningún otro hotel de nuestra estancia en Jordania.

The staff were super nice and helpful, I had a small complaint at the time of check-in and they quickly addressed my concern. The room I stayed in was very clean and the sleeping bed was comfortable. Most important, their kitchen menu is so delecious and affordable.

Our experience was pretty good. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were kind and welcoming. The hotel was in the heart of Abdali and only a few minutes away driving from major attractions.

Got there and discovered they had over booked the hotel. They arranged an alternative hotel, but far away from the sights that we wanted to see. They would not pay for a taxi from that hotel back to the Toledo Hotel area so that we could see what we went to Amman to see. Wasted hours and made it difficult to see Amman. Very frustrated - they said they emailed, but no such email was received.

방이 넓고 깨끗했어요. 리셉션 직원분이 친절하고, 방을 업그레이드 해주어서 더 편하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 조식시간 이전에 체크아웃 예정이라고 했더니, 다음날 미리 담아둔 샌드위치와 과일을 전달해주어 고마웠어요.

Beautiful property with attentive staff. Front desk quickly arranged private 4 hour Amman city tour. Good quality and variety of food in restaurant. Only issue is beds are hard and pillows flat. Also heat in room cannot be adjusted for temperature so we subsequently bouled our last night. Overall I would recommend for the price range.

Disappointed
The hotel felt like it was in the middle of nowhere. The pictures looked like it was in a built up area. Room was okay, there was no balcony, the view from the window was straight into the car park, it was directly opposite us, so opening the curtains was pointless and plus they were dirty! We had to check out early (5:30am) as we were catching the bus to Petra and asked the reception to call us a taxi to get us to the bus station and the receptionist said the security guy will flag one down - given it was 5:30am there were no taxis driving past, so we asked them to call a taxi company again but they wouldn’t call them, which was really frustrating as we had all our luggage and had a bus to catch! The security guard just went back inside and left us to it. So we’re outside in the dark / cold with all our luggage hoping for a taxi to drive past and eventually we had to drag all our luggage and try to walk up to the main road. Really disappointed with the service. Food was mediocre, shower was awful, there were no facilities although it said there was a pool and gym on the website. Pictures on site were deceiving. Just pay a little extra and stay elsewhere

La struttura e' buona, i servizi di spa e piscina sembrano essere difficili da usare. Non mi e' piaciuto l'atteggiamento del personale, troppo orientato alla vendita di servizi quando si chiedono banali informazioni.

We had brilliant stay. Cannot fault hotel. It was clean, in a good location, served a great breakfast and the staff were extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend and would certainly stay here again. At the hotel reception Mohamed was very kind always willing to help us ….. thank you MOHAMED!!!! Without your help our stay would not have been the same!!!!!
