Family graduation vacation
Great spot for a family vacation. Super close to Disney but very quiet neighborhood. Easy short walk to two different parks. Great backyard space for little kids to run and play. Layout worked really well with kids room and three other rooms. Kitchen was very well stocked and lots of kids stuff - seats, strollers, plates etc. Front yard has prickers in grass so keep kids shoes on, but back yard turf is great! Thanks for a great stay!

Excellent!
We had a wonderful stay here! The house was exactly as advertised and was well equipped with kitchen supplies, towels, bedding, etc. The kids loved the outdoor space to run around, the lego, books, and their own tv in the bunk room. The hot tub was a perfect way to end our days. Thank you for providing a great home base for us to explore Southern California.

Fantastic Family Home for Anaheim Vacation!!
Home exceeded all expectations for our family vacation to Anaheim. Perfect location in a safe neighborhood for going to Disney. House was very clean, easy to access, and had all the amenities we needed for our trip. Host was very friendly and responsive. It was truly like a home away from home. Highly recommend to others looking to vacation in the area and would definitely stay here again.

Down the street from Disney
This house is a great location just around the corner from Disney, with quick and easy access to the parking garages. Plenty of rooms/beds for our 3 combined families including our smallest toddlers. Love that they had a place for the kids to get some energy out in the backyard while the adults could relax in the hot tub. The house includes lots of extras like strollers and baby items if needed as well, which is a huge plus. Would definitely book again for our next trip to Disney.

Perfect Disney family home!
Only 5min away from Disneyland! So perfect for a family vacation. Fit 13 of us perfectly. 6 kids in one room with bunk beds and 2 adults in the other rooms. Quiet neighborhood. Perfect hot tub in the yard after a long day at the parks. We would definitely stay here again and again.

Absolutely comfortable
Felt like staying at our own home, and had plenty of amenities for the kiddos. We had two issues with our stay. 1) the lights didn’t seem to work well. Many switches did nothing, and multiple lamps missed bulbs. 2) the kids items are a little dingy, but children mess things up, and keeping it 100% perfect is impossible and not expected. Overall, would HIGHLY recommend staying here. If I plan to come back to Anaheim, I will be booking here again. Thank you!!

Great House, Great Location
With a family of 5 plus a grandparent, we wanted one place for everyone instead of multiple hotel rooms. This house was great for that. There are plenty of bedrooms and beds. The kitchen was well stocked, too. The house is located just a few minutes from Disneyland and just a few blocks from multiple dining options and stores. The host was awesome. When we had questions they were answered within a very short time. We locked ourselves out of the house, and she quickly responded with an additional way to get in.

Epic Disney Adventure
We had an amazing stay. The location was fabulous. The house was just the right size. One more bathroom would have been nice as we had 6 ladies that needed to get ready but we made it work :) the beds were comfy and the kitchen had all the amenities. Our trip was amazing and full of memories we will cherish forever!

Great house!!
Our family stayed here for almost a week! The property was clean, my 7 mo old grand daughter is crawling and even her knees stayed clean in a white jumper. Now that’s clean! It was an hour walk to Disney but only a $10 Uber ride. So still saved on parking over all. The beds were comfy and had two washer dryer sets on location. Thank you for a wonderful family trip

Perfect Disney spot!
Awesome property and owner! Location is about 5-7 minutes drive to Disneyland parking structure. Quiet neighborhood. House had everything. Cooking utensils, coffee maker, toiletries, all there. Plenty of strollers if you need them. TV, dvds, all easy to operate. New appliances and countertops, great layout for plenty of guests. Host was excellent. Very responsive, extremely accommodating, clear instructions. Really great stay, I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean and convenient stay.

GREAT place to stay for a multi generational group
Very nice home to stay in, short distance to Disneyland parking or Downtown Disney. Very clean, good layout, lots of Wonderful fluffy towels, definite care shown in every aspect. We didn't cook other than toast and coffee in the mornings, but everything looked well stocked for cooking. Comfortable beds, plenty of hot water for showers, didn't try out the Jacuzzi but it looked nice. We would definitely stay here again, Belinsa was wonderful to work with. Thank you so much!!

Convenient for driving
The location of this house is convenient for driving groceries restaurants, I don’t believe for my family. It was within walking distance as by the time you’re done at the park no way you could walk back to the house. The house was nice, but definitely could use some maintenance.Ex. Hot tub cover cupboard doors definitely needs a new toaster. New cookware dish and no dish towels. We really enjoyed staying at this property. Just needs maintenance

Excellent!
The neighborhood is quiet, and close to Disney. Quick 7 minute drive to the parking garages. House was clean, well stocked, and laid out nicely. The showers had great water pressure. The beds were comfortable. Hot tub was used several times, and the kids played soccer in the back yard. Excellent access to the I5, and Beach Blvd, if you want to go the the beach. Winchell's Donut Shop was about 6 blocks away, and is a great place for donuts and sandwiches. I would highly recommend Belinsa's property, and we will definitely book again when we return.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Owner was very easy to work with, check in and out was a breeze, and Disneyland was very close by, but it was all the necessities that were provided at this property that sets it apart. You won’t need to go purchase anything other than your food; the owner has made sure everything else you could need is already there for you. Thanks for a great stay!

I was in town with some girlfriends to go to Disneyland for a couple of days. This house was comfortable, clean, and exactly what we needed. The hot tub was a major bonus after the long Disney days. Would definitely recommend!

Everything we could ask for
We had two families along with grandparents. House fit our needs perfectly. Adults had private bedroom and cousins all enjoyed being together in the bunk room. Well appointed kitchen with everything needed to cook meals easily. Hot tub was great after long days at the park. Checkin was seamless and owner was very communicative. The walk to disneyland was a bit long for us, given the makeup of our party, but Uber was our friend, quick pickup and worth every penny. Would definitely use this property again on our next trip!

Attention to Detail is Key
The owner provided my family and I everything we could possibly require. The attention to detail was amazing! Forget to bring bedtime stories for your kids? The owner has you covered with a bookshelf full of excellent children's books. Wish to get a workout on your vacation? The owner has provided a set of dumbbells. It's the little things like this that made this the perfect vacation rental. The owner was responsive and helpful to any questions I had before and during my stay. The house was clean and well-stocked. The beds were comfortable. The location was close to the Disneyland Resort, and in a quiet and safe neighborhood. There isn't much to criticize about this home except for the fact that not all lights are wired to the light switches. It some rooms, you must manually turn the lamps on and off. There is a motion sensitive light in the small bathroom which goes turns off every few minutes when motion is not detected (presumably so it is not left on all night). This becomes frustrating when using the shower, and the light goes off. You must wave your hand outside the shower to re-turn on the light. I will definitely pursue this listing again upon my next visit to Anaheim.

Great trip even if our friends didn't come
The other members of our group ended up not coming but our son enjoyed running around! Nicely sized and appointed property. It had everything we needed and we were able to adjust a couple things to make it toddler friendly very easily. The neighborhood seemed nice, right next to Disney. Watching the fireworks from the driveway was awesome!

Great location
This is a great house. Just 8 minutes from the Disneyland parking lot. Very clean, quiet neighborhood. We were pleasantly surprised with the house. The pictures make the house look a little dark inside, but opening up the drapes it was bright and very clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The strollers, car seats and beach toys were great. Lots of seating inside and out. The hot tub was nice after 15 hours of Disney walking/running around.

Great family stay
Our family really enjoyed our stay. The location was great (beautiful, quiet, & safe neighborhood, close drive to Disney), the host was helpful and friendly, and communication was good. The house was the perfect size for our large family. Decent sized rooms, well-equipped, nicely decorated, and the private yard with chairs and a hot tub was amazing and relaxing after long days of walking. The only negative was that the water dispenser in the fridge was slow and didn't work very well, but the host was quick to reply and address it. We would definitely book this again!

Nice little house with some serious caveats
Overall this house fit the bill. We needed somewhere to stay that was close enough to the park and had two separate bathrooms. The listing makes it seem like both are true. However, the kids bunk house has a bathroom attached - private. The other bathroom is what used to be the Master bath but an additional door is added from the hallway making the master bath shared between all other rooms. The walls are SUPER thin so any noise is fairly noticeable. This makes the kids bunk house a net zero gain. Kids are asleep, but the main hang out space and kitchen are next to the wall so it’s tough to be quiet. Honestly it was an ok property. Seems like they try hard. It just didn’t quite have the rest and recuperate part we needed. Traffic noise was loud, walls are thin, the deadbolt on the security door and door from the garage to the house wouldn't latch properly so it just felt a bit off for what we wanted. Pros: clean towels, lots of them!!! Decent pillows. Beds were pretty good and the A.C. was a winner! The house was clean. The back patio looked pretty and I’m sure would have been nice had it not been so hot. Check in and check out was a breeze.

Thank you very much for your comment, Brian. I’m glad that you guys had fun vacationing and staying at my place. The city of Anaheim has a very very long nice history. The wonderful Disneyland is very nearby. We are in a nice neighborhood. It’s safe and peaceful here. Sometimes the deadbolt or even lock might not be necessarily necessary. Comparing with the modern house, a traditional home would have a different style. It was designed that way when it was built. This house was remodeled a couple of years ago. It is very comfortable as described on the web about the property. The edge of front yard is next to a side street with speed limit of 25-35 with less than usual city traffic.

This home is in the perfect location. It’s a hop, skip & jump away from the Disney parking garage. The older grandchildren loved the hot tub. It was equipped with everything you’d expect and would need in a fully furnished home. And most important, it was clean. The washers and dryers in the garage was a plus. There were seven in our party. Two under 8, one teen, set of parents & 2 grandmothers and we had plenty of room. Lastly, the kids loved the “bunkie bed” room. Most importantly, the communication with the owner was so easy. Her response always came in shortly after I sent the a message. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this VRBO home to any family vacationing at Disneyland.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was a perfect fit for our family. The house is very clean and had plenty of space for our group! Our grandson really enjoyed the room with bunkbeds and a TV. It's supplied with many DVD's for all to watch. The kitchen is large and the appliances are nice. Having 2 washing machines and dryers is really convenient. The backyard is large and has a nice hot tub. The house is located close to Disneyland park/parking. (3 min or less drive). We watched the fireworks from the driveway one night, it was a great experience. The property host was very informative, friendly and helpful.

Happiest Place To Stay When Visiting The Happiest Place On Earth
This is by far the best house rental experience I’ve ever had. Three bedrooms with an additional room with 6 bunk beds.. There were also several strollers, a crib, and 2 washers and driers! The house was incredibly clean and stocked with all the kitchen supplies you would need. The neighborhood is quiet and well maintained. We even got to watch the Disneyland fireworks from the front yard. Another great feature is the home is a single story. One of our friends has mobility issues and the layout of the home makes it easy for someone with physical limitations to navigate. The owner was easily accessible and extremely pleasant. She was an excellent hostess. We will definitely stay here again

Great Place Close to Disneyland!!
This location did not disappoint! The house was lovely and convenient for visiting Disneyland. We were 6 adults and 4 kids, including an infant. The rooms and beds comfortably accommodated our party. The house was clean and didn’t feel stale upon entering. The kitchen was well-stocked. The only drawback was the mattresses on the bunkbeds were uncomfortable. My husband and I shared that room with our kids. The kids did not have a problem, however. The other beds were VERY comfortable. The extra items provided were arranged neatly and easy to find in the garage. The car seat and strollers were dated and showed signs of use, but worked–although, we couldn’t attach the 2012 Britax car seat to its stroller–perhaps it was operator error. There were tons of movies, kids books, and legos provided to entertain the kids. The backyard was clean and big enough for the kids to play. We did not use the hot tub, but the water was warm and clean. We paid for parking at Disneyland since we did not want to walk a mile back to the house at the end of the day, but Disneyland was not very far and was very simple to get to. The house is in a nice neighborhood with a park nearby. When we arrived, people were walking dogs and playing at the park. The street seems to be a throughway, but we did not hear the traffic. There are a lot of cars parked on the street, but there was plenty of driveway parking. One evening, we unloaded our car and forgot to close the hatch. In the morning, we realized the car was open, but the car was fine. We cleared everything out, but it didn’t seem like the glove box was gone through. Belinsa was very responsive! We had a slight maintenance issue, which she addressed right away. Any questions I had received an immediate response. Check in was easy and check out was the even easier. I would have liked to have received check out instructions the night before (instead of the morning we checked out). A binder at the house with that information in it would have been helpful–just to know what to expect–especially since all we had to do was pack and load/run the dishwasher. Other places in the past usually require more to check out. But, not having to clean the whole place (strip down beds/sweep/pile towels in a certain place, etc.) simplified the process. Everyone in our party enjoyed this house and we will recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Anaheim. Will book this house again in the future!
