“酒店工作人员服务热情，给人感觉良好。酒店与租雪具的商店相邻，租的用具和自带用具交给工作人员，他们就会送到缆车站旁的存放点，自己穿着平常衣服到那再换非常方便，那里还免费提供高品质的防晒霜，工作人员很专业，基本的需求不用说他们都会主动提出。”

“我们订的酒店房间比较大，室外有各种秋色小景，附近还有一个小湖，户外景色美丽，我们订的房间共4层，共有多个洗手间，厨房各种炊具齐全，客厅也不小，房间干净卫生，温暖舒适，缺点是酒店太大，我们晚上到达开着车转了二、三圈才找到我们的房间，次日check-out时也是找了一段时间才回到前台。”

“Everything is great about property except people at front desk. They are rude and have no costumer service skills. Both times I have stayed here in the last year the front desk people don’t greet you, act bothered and busy and don’t even make eye contact. They need to be replaced with customer service trained staff. ”
