“The first disappointment was this hotel is advertised as a Bed & Breakfast. Upon check-in, we were informed breakfast was for purchase only. This is false advertising & should be labeled as a hotel, not a B&B. There was no air-conditioning, and upon leaving the windows open for air, we had to smell smoke from people outside smoking.”
“Staff and location in town was fantastic. Room was huge, perfect for small family. Otto's right next door perfect for all meals. Only flaw was no AC, but it wasn't bad because it wasn't too hot, but not a place to hang. My TV was also not working.”
“It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night.
We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.”
“This hotel is old and the rooms are so small, especially the shower is extremely small. The room carpets were old and you can see the damage. Instead of replacing the carpet and updating the room they have placed another rug over the carpet to cover the old carpet. There are no elevators and you have to carry everything via the narrow steps. The rooms don't have keys and instead you have to remember the lock code, which is a pain. The first room that I was allocated the electronic lock wouldn't……
