“Paid for hotel through Expedia. The day after I checked out the hotel made a charge to my credit card for over $300.00. They never contacted me about why I was receiving this charge. I made multiple calls to the hotel and they refused to return my calls. Stay away.”

“The toilet was clogged when we arrived. There was no soap provided so we had to go out and buy some because the front desk wasn't manned at 7 am. There was a toaster in the lobby which was weird because there wasn't breakfast.”

“Room was great. Very clean. The only negative was the breakfast set up. Not well restocked, 900 am empty pitcher of milk that wasn't refrigerated or set in ice. Out of bowls and spoons,few oranges and slices of bread. Im mean im not expecting a lavish buffet but I would have enjoyed the ability to atleas have had a snack.”

“The code provided didn’t work. Many attempts were made to contact staff with no success. We ended up leaving and staying elsewhere. We received a message the next morning from the staff. We paid for a room we could not use. There were several people at the property with the same issue. The staff does not answer the phone or respond to the chat feature they send.”
