“Inclusion of a washer and dryer was a nice perk, though we did not use them. Home was dusty, dirt in corners, cobwebs on ceiling fan chains. House was musty smelling and windows were painted shut. Stuffy to sleep in. Way too much bric-a-brack and junk (stuff in drawers). Water pressure in shower was sad because the stopper let half of the water escape from shower head. I am not a complainer, but people should be able to do better than this. Just box up all the “decor” and focus on cleaning. ”

Loved the house was pet-friendly, and had a fenced back yard for our pet to explore. We found the kitchen well-appointed, with plenty of amenities offered. The bedrooms were comfortable. We had plenty of space to spread out. The house felt clean and mostly updated. The owner might consider a privacy fence on one side……

“This apartment has a rustic charm. We enjoyed the swing on the porch where we could look out over the Howard Finster gardens. The bed comfortable . We also really enjoyed our tour of the museum ehich was the front portion of the building. comfortable ”

“The location was great for us as it was about 5 minutes from the Rome Tennis Center where our tournament was being held. As an added and unexpected bonus, there were 2 public courts in a park within walking distance of our house where we could warmup for our matches! Rooms were nicely equipped with charging stations, outlets, lots of lamps/lighting choices, closet space, etc. Our only small issue is that we really needed ice and filtered water from the fridge to fill our water bottles/coolers,……
