Check In was great. Guy at front was friendly. Breakfast was great. Clean and well stocked rooms. Only complaint was pillows - they were thin and beady. Also the walls were so thin we could hear every conversation on both sides of the wall.

This place is new and clean - wonderful free breakfast options! Full hot breakfast, great oatmeal, as well as cereals and breads. I love the room space. You have a full kitchen, sofa, desk, spacious bathroom - fridge and freezer. Bed was comfortable. The room did have a smell to it when I first walked in that I think came from the cleaning products they use...but I eventually got used to it and it didn't ruin my experience.

Hotel oversold rooms, downgraded us

Booked particular hotel because of king bed suite availability that was needed after an injury on vacation. They oversold themselves and downgraded us to a queen room and didn't notify us until arrival. Had we been notified, we would have canceled and stayed elsewhere. Worse yet, instead of apologizing the assistand manager tried to convince us it was a good thing. It was very disingenuous and off putting. No discount applied for the lesser room either. Will certainly cause pause before we book a Marriott property again.

Disaster

The first room I was put in had bed bugs. Noticed it after I laid in the bed for 30 mins and got bit on the side of my neck, which left bumps for days. I was moved to another room, my stay was from Sat to Fri, Wed morning I woke up to a departure email with receipt stating I checked out the night prior at 11:30pm(while I was asleep). Luckily I checked my email and saw it and didn’t leave to go about what I was there for and left my stuff to come back with my keys not working and the stuff I left in the room who knows where. Instead of checking out 317 apparently they checked out my room 327. Needless to say my stay was a disaster and I will not be going back. I was not offered any type of compensation for any of this just a “sorry”

We had such a great stay here. Front desk clerks were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless and very well laid-out with plenty of space. The hotel is in a safe area and is easy to get to. We didn't take advantage of the free breakfast, but it is nice that it is offered. We had no issues dieing our stay. Everyone we came into contact with was very friendly.
