Noisy, electricity did not work, so generator was extremely loud. They charged me for water in the room.

Rating overall four as I would recommend as it’s conveniently located, staff was excellent and rooms are clean, but if I go back to Arusha I might look around before booking back here. Stayed in Sept 2023. Location is convenient and there are a few restaurants around. Many other hotels around. Hotel isnt the newest but is very clean and I felt safe. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant in the hotel and breakfast was included, but after seeing what was available we ended up going to the restaurant 2 minutes walk away. There are a LOT of locals on the street trying to sell things in this area - would advise to insist on having your taxi/bus/tour drop off/pick up at the door of the hotel when you arrive and leave with your luggage.

It was a great place to stay the night before our safari started. The property is a dated, But it had everything we needed after a long trip. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located near restaurants and other attractions and it’s safe to walk during the day. I would stay here again!

I have been to this hotel before. They are striving to maintain good standards, except for the restaurant service, which has room for improvements!

This is an older property that has been around for many years. It is quaint. Breakfast was very limited as compared to other places that we stayed. Best part was the staff. They were super. Very warm and friendly people who made every effort to provide excellent service. Rose, at the front desk was outstanding. I was looking or Tanzania coffe and could not find it. The staff comntacted the vendor which was about 35 minutes away and on the way to the airport. The hotel staff contacted the coffee place and had them meet me on the highway on our way to the airport. OMG and WOW!!! Way above and beyonf service. When the people say "Welcome" they truly mean it.

This nice little hotel is in the heart of Arusha. For it's price you will not find a better hotel. The Free breakfast was good. Overall, Very pleased. Ended up staying there twice and would do again. A

Only stayed here for one night. It was a warm welcome by the reception staff and he was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. Had a comfortable sleep. The bathroom was nice too with hot shower available. There was no porter service to take me to the room when i arrived but because i didn't have much luggage on me it was easy to drag my one bag. And didn't have a good experience at the restaurant the evening before i was to check in here. No comments on the food as i didn't eat here had to go eat elsewhere in the neighborhood. It's just this minor things that can be looked into by the management but overall i had a pleasant stay as it was just for one day.

Dear Allan, Thank you for your comment, on behalf of the management we had a discussion with you concerning the TRA receipt which we issue to the (Expedia) business with paid us. We can not issue two receipts that means we will pay twice the TAX. As we did suggest to you that communication with Expedia concerning the matter. Thank you

I love this place. There are fancier hotels in Arusha, but this is central, with a stellar staff that makes me feel like family. Everything in immaculately clean, the kitchen is happy to cut up mangos I buy in the market, and the wifi is fast and free.

Very good location and within good walking distance to everything. The staff and manager were very friendly and helpful in meeting your needs. The hotel is clean. The breakfast has a good variety. One thing about Arusha is a lot of food are organic and fresh. The food reflected in the breakfast. This is not a luxury hotel but it's very functional for a stay over before your safari. The price is great.
