Muy bien, volveria
Hotel moderno, habitaciones cómodas y todo en buen estado. La limpieza es muy buena. El personal fue muy amable y servicial en todo momento. El desayuno es bueno y variado con cosas de buena calidad.lo único que no me gusto es que no entraban a las habitaciones según ellos por el tema COVID, por lo cual en los tres dias que estuve no limpiaron la habitación ni tampoco ofrecieron toallas, café y bolsas de basuras, las cuales me entregaron luego que las pedí. Igual volvería. Buena relación precio calidad.

El hotel estaba en remodelación toda su planta baja ! No recuerdo haber tenido esa información al ml Entonces de reservar ! El costo del hotel fue alto para toda la molestia que ocasiona la remodelación ! El personal fue amable aunque escaso y los sitios adaptados por la remodelación como el gimnasio y el comedor bastante insuficientes

Todo muy bien en general. Volvería sin dudarlo. La única pega por decir algo sería la ubicación dado que hay pocas cosas alrededor, al menos andando. Pero si estás de paso la ubicación es ideal. Yo estaba de paso de SFO a LA.

Muy buen hotel
La habitacion es cómoda, el servicio muy bueno; la cafeteria se queda pequeña, pues habían huéspedes que a las 9:00 am aún debían desayunar parados o buscar otras áreas del hotel para tomar sus alimentos.

Well, it's very nice hotel. Mattresses are too soft. Be careful you may fall off! LOL We really like this please. This was our second stay here. What tops it all are the staff. They are amazing. Everyone. Ethan, great guy. Very hospitable, polite and a profissional. I truly hope one day he gets his own franchise. Everyone is great. Thank you.

The breakfast needs worked on. The scrambled eggs were cold and they did not provide enough cinnamon buns-construction workers there ate all of the first batch and there was no second batch.

Room was very clean, as was the entire hotel. Loved the shower & beds very comfortable. We were on the 2nd floor & you can hear people above moving around their room.

I was impressed with the easiness at check in. Nathan at the front desk was friendly and engaging. I ran into Nathan in the lobby after checking in and he asked if I was pleased with my room? Very uncommon nowadays.

All staff members were welcoming, kind, and helpful. They went out of their way to greet every person as we came and went throughout our stay, often by name. Luggage trolleys were always available to move personal belongings to and from the room. The secret stash of warm cookies by the front desk was a happy surprise each afternoon after a long day of work. Breakfast selections were very much appreciated- especially the papaya orange guava juice! Use of the computer and printer in the business center helped me complete important work during my stay. WiFi was consistently available. A printed guide in the room for television stations would be helpful. It was difficult to find local news and weather stations without that. The entire hotel and the rooms were efficiently kept immaculate. This was my second stay, and I would not hesitate to return in the future. It is a comfort to know each stay will most certainly be pleasant and problem free.

Staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We were in town to visit a family member who was in hospice care, so having a serene sanctuary during a difficult time meant a lot to my family and I.

decent stay
room is clean and looks pretty new. There is a water station in the lobby which provides hot water, cold water, coffee and hot chocolate, which is nice for us. My room is pretty quiet except the ventilation fan making loud sound, but doesn't bother us much while we sleep. The foot steps from upstairs woke me up around 6ish.

The staff is very attentive and dedicated, all the way from folks serving breakfast to the front desk. Room was very clean and practically brand new! We stayed for one night, excellent hotel for a stay!
