“The house was nice and probably one of the cleanest vacation homes I have rented. I would not recommend more than 4 people due to the size of the house. It is very convenient to get to town and the Rockport beach. It only takes about 12 minutes to both.”

“We had a big group, 4 adults and 4 kids ages 8-17. The house had everything we needed and then some. Plenty of towels for everyone, thank you! Everything was clean, beds and pillows were comfortable. The house is about two blocks from Little Bay, and a short five minute drive to Rockport Beach. It was the perfect spot for us. My only suggestion would be to add something to the listing about the stairs down into the 3rd bedroom (the one with bunk beds), only two steps but they are pretty steep...

“I can’t rave enough about our stay at Flip Flop Cottage! The house was in a great location in Rockport, clean, well maintained stocked with dishes, cookware and some spices/condiments. The host was quick to answer any questions I had and even let us check in an hour early. There were 4 adults, 6 kids and our dog and we all had ample room to relax. The beds were heavenly, so comfortable! We will definitely be back!”
